KISMET Lore dump: Though the Ordana is ostensibly lead by the Oracle, its actual power structure divides the leadership responsibilities between three primary offices: the Oracle and the two Praetors who serve her.  With one Praetor overseeing the Ordana's external outreach and one managing its internal affairs, only matters of the highest importance are ever escalated to the Oracle's attention.
